One of the best (and long neglected) sites for wintering Asian cranes and other hard-to- find goodies is the Republic of Korea.  Nial Moore's long experience birding in Korea was a key to the success we had on this short but productive visit. A trip report can be downloaded here.

Because of the amount of effort required for a trip leader to set up our trips, we're requesting that our trip deposit of $500 be paid at least six months before departure.  Our deposit policy is more generous and flexible than most professional tour companies.
